Kory Collier noted that Opal Pool was full and expressed surprise. I noticed water visible from the boardwalk in late June (I don't have the data at hand) and first saw Opal in overflow on 4 July. As far as I know it has been in overflow since then, and has not erupted. There is a data logger there just in case. Ralph Taylor
