[Geysers] Balazhang and Rehai

I could have sworn that I sent out an additional mail last evening, but I 
don't find it. I have, of course, done many Web searches for the names of geyser 
localities. Often there is nothing there and then, suddenly, something is. 
Probably a function of simply more and more items being placed on the Web. 
Anyhow, while previous searches had found nothing...

a new search yesterday found Balazhang. It is not the same as Rehai and, in 
fact, is located north (how far north, I don't know) of Baoshan City, and 
therefore some 45 or more miles from Rehai. Thus at least two geyser localities in 
Yunnan -- and now Jeff has apparently listed a couple of additional high-temp 
places there.
