[Geysers] Is YNP open?

It's my understanding that the Park is officially closed to all 
vehicular traffic, but is open to foot, bicycle and skis all year - if 
you can get through.  Year-round employees are exceptions to this, of 
course.  And there are no services like restaurants or gas stations.
