[Geysers] Fan & Mortar (7/22) Stephens

Fan & Mortar finally had a daylight eruption--14:52 7/22.

The eruption followed a double river vent pause with plenty of main vent splashing; no eruptive activity from Bottom Vent.  The final River Vent turned on a 14:24, Gold at 14:29, and Angle at 14:32.  The vents were in a lock early in the 13:40 minute.  The vents would briefly subside, but never "lost it".  East Vent started the activity at 14:52:02 and it seemed like a long time before Main Vent finally joined in, but it was only 24 seconds.  The eruption was Fan dominated, throwing water two-thrids of the way from the boardwalk to the outhouse.  Upper Mortar didn't start until 14:52:22, and Lower Mortar finally joined in at 14:55:05.  The eruption lasted 33 minutes.

Thanks to all the people who took various shifts keeping an eye out for Main Vent splashing.
