[Geysers] Yellowstone Whispers

Pat and List--I  have a book about wierd natural phenomena and it devotes an
entire chapter to odd noises including the Yellowstone Lake Whispers. My
father, who canoed the Lake as well as Shoshone and Lewis Lakes as a kid,
had never heard them, but he admitted to beginning his fishing day a bit
later than the early morning hours when the Whispers were mostly heard.

I have been going to post this question for months now and Pat beat me to
it.

Scott, that was a stoopid story about the weevils. ;8>)
