[Geysers] Old Faithful Protection Act

I am trying to find out if there are any prohibitions on geothermal energy 
developments around 
Yellowstone?

About 10 years ago the Old Faithful Protection Act passed the House, but 
failed in the Senate.  I cannot 
find any sources that describe what (if anything) has happened legislatively 
since then.  Apparently 
there was some sort of agreement with the Church Universal and Triumphant in 
1999 in which they 
(CUT) gave up rights to use a geothermal well north of the Park near Mammoth.  
That's all I have come 
up with so far.  Any more leads?
