Here's a somewhat-related question. Included in all the planning issues are, 
of course, various items having to do with the new Old Faithful Visitor 
Education Center. (Allow the reader, if not previously paying attention, to realize 
that this is OFVEC, not simply OFVC).

However, last I recall hearing was that some fairly significant amount of 
money had to be received via donation (corporate or otherwise) before the end of 
the last fiscal year (that is, on or before September 30, 2004) or else some 
bunch of fed money would be lost and the entire project pushed well back in 
time if not outright canceled.

So can somebody say where this stands as of now. Is the money -- "all" of it 
-- in hand?
