[Geysers] LIST ADMIN - MODERATOR

I have just changed our list administration so that all messages from
non-list members will be automatically rejected.  This change should not
cause any difference in the list operation as you see it, but it does
mean that the list moderators will not see any attempted communication
from non-members.

(The amount of spam for Rolex watches, etc, has recently gone beyond
tolerable limits.)
