[Geysers] Fountain Wild Phase of 21 August

I have completed the analysis of the Fountain Geyser data for the past week
and can confirm that Fountain was in wild phase from about noon on 21 August
to about 03:20 on 22 August.  These times are for the short duration
eruptions that came before and after the wild phase.  One-minute eruptions
were recorded at 12:52 on 21 August and again at 22:01 on 21 August; I think
these mark the start and end of the actual wild phase, but we do hot have
visual observation of either the start or end of wild phase activity to make
a definite correlation with what the logger shows.
