There was only a small and rather crude "spa" there at that time, but I knew that some development had taken place there since then. These videos show that change has been quite extensive. However, take a look at the photo on page 413 of my book, and I think probably the steadily spouting well shown there is the same as that next to the swimming pool in the videos. In 1981, there was no significant spring anywhere near the well, but there was some activity (at least two small geysers) at nearby Salitre, and that green pool with the reporter sitting next to it might be (possibly, maybe) Pozo Verde.
