<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>A new Winter Use Plan and Environmental Impact
Statement for Yellowstone are currently under preparation. A public comment
period is open until March 30. The public is invited to submit any written
comments on the issues and alternatives they would like considered in the new
plan. Letters to papers here in Montana have included support for the
plowing option from West to Madison and Old Faithful during winter months to
allow wheeled vehicle access. Others advocate for only limited over-snow
vehicle access. </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>The West Yellowstone News reports open house
meetings for the public to learn more about the issues in order to provide
comments which will be used in preparing the EIS will be
