<P>The way I heard it (second hand so I could be wrong) is that "Old Perpetual", the&nbsp;man made geyser at Lakeview stopped after a new nearby&nbsp;prison drilled a well a few hundred yards away and started pumping out geothermal water to heat the prison.&nbsp; If so, well, that would&nbsp;explain why it quit.</P>
