I have not had the same problem BUT I am having a problem when the web cam re-buffers about every ten seconds. The "Common Web Cam Problems" section mentions a lack of Internet connection speed as the culprit. I watched portions of the Giantess eruption without difficulty but the re-buffer problem started the next day.

I was wondering if the problem is that many more people are using the site due to Christmas vacation and that the Park Service server is overloaded. I recently switched to Google Chrome due to the reported virus problems with Internet Explorer.

Perhaps someone out there has more information.

Thanks and Happy New Year!

Fred Kallien

Dec 26, 2008 03:00:00 PM, geysers@lists.wallawalla.edu wrote:

===========================================

Is anyone else having trouble with it today or is it just me? I'm getting a cubist version in bright primary colors -- one of the blobs moves like it's steam, but that's it.
