<div>Dear Steve,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I don't know why I can e-mail to the list when I receive it. You may
want to pass this on to the list for me if you could. I do agree with you
about the train wreck the park is headed for.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I think everyone should remember that the current winter use plan is not
final until it is published in the federal register. This means Sullivan
could rule the park in contempt, of his previous order that 540 sleds were to
many. I also do not see Sullivan thinking 720 sleds are ok when 540
weren't three weeks ago.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I have talked to several of the vendors in West. About half of them think
the plan will be the one currently in place, which means they have now changed
their mind again and are now going with the 720 sleds a day. The rest of
us believe that until something is in the federal register, we will see more
changes, which may result in the park having a late opening.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>We believe with the conflicting rulings, this case is heading to the multi
judge panel do finalize an outcome. This process, from what I understand
takes about 30 days, when initiated. I looks to me that we are heading for this
process, however, it won't begin until opening day or later, which makes many of
believe that the park stands a good chance of not opening until mid to late
January.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>We have stopped taking snowmobile reservations and we are not taking
deposits for snowcoaches until we see a rule in the federal register. Our
back up plan is to continue our trip to the Northern Range, if we have a late
opening.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I would not recommend to anyone to book a trip before Feb. 1st unless
they wait until December 15th to see what is allowed, and if the park will
be open. We are being honest with all our guests, as we went through 3
changes in the 4 days before the park opened four years ago when we went through
this before.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I see the train wreck coming also, and Doug and I are glad we can do to the
Northern Range, which will get us through what is going to be a difficult winter
for the vendors.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Thanks for passing this on, and I will try again to see why I can't send to
the list.</div>
