<div>Hi all!</div> <div>I want to thank everyone who was so kind and friendly during my short time as an "official" geyser gazer :) I ended up having to leave (ethical concerns at work), so I am no longer in Yellowstone. But as I look over the many many photos I've gotten and think of all the wonderful memories of gazing that I have in my two seasons of gazing, I am amazed at everything I was able to be a part of. And that includes those of you I was able to talk with a little and interact with. I will never ever EVER forget you. I don't have a college education but I felt like I was part of something scientific and wonderful. My love for Yellowstone grew exponantially as a result of my involvement in the geyser world. I got to witness so many marvelous eruptions! (Never did get to see Fan and Mortar, oh, well...I am vicariously happy for those of you who are enjoying its current activity!) :) I would have loved to have been able to meet Scott Bryan (I have the 3rd edition of his book and it is WELL written in :)....But I enjoyed time with those of you I did meet....Lynn Stephens (I'll never forget my one Artemesia, and the Atomizer series as well, that day)... Barb (the sacrificial lamb at Beehive and a fierce protector of the thermal basins) Kitt (your passion for getting soaked was a joy to behold) Bob (Thanks for the tip on Aurum that one day at Beehive, I was able to call that eruption! I was also able to correctly tell some visitors that it was likely to go soon.) Pat (thank you for the conversation at Doublet pool. And it felt really good to be "right" about the Lion eruption coming approximately an hour after the previous one.)</div> <div>These things may be taken for granted by many of you more experienced gazers, but as I move forward with my life, these memories are things I will always cherish and look back on with pride.</div> <div>Now, to give back a tiny bit: I have a gorgeous sunset photo of Giant in eruption that I would like to donate to the gosa site. How do I go about uploading it? The November 6, 2007 eruption was THE best moment of my entire life! Not only did I have the entire basin to myself that evening but the sunset colors were spectacular and when I was able to report both the grand eruption and the Giant, that started  soon after, and then to get such amazing photos of it, well, I just can't think of anything that tops it.
