This is a completely new edition, the book 100% re-written. I expect to finish my "final" editing of the manuscript today or tomorrow; it is about 11% longer than the submitted manuscript for the 3rd Edition.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Since this amounts to a whole new book, it will go through the entire editing and review process. So when will it be available?
