I don't know for sure, as Bijou was weakly on and Variable was full when I first saw them at about 0830). There were Giant hot periods at least at 0949 (d > 5 min) and 1118 (d = 4m 57s).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Daisy 0701ie and 1009.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Oblong 1037.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Grand 0702ns.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Castle at 0957 was a major that tried really, really hard to stop at about the 11 1/2 minute mark -- waiting 10 minutes to call it a major might not be waiting long enough.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Lion was 0645 and 0813; around 0950 it roared but that was all.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Plume 0738, 0830, ----, 0957 and 1044.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>At Black Sand Basin, the spring I noted that is a few feet left (east) of Green Spring (my UNNG-BSB-2) is now active as a geyser. I saw eruptions at 1109 and 1136. Although the spring appears to never stop bubbling, the eruptions are clearly defined. Both lasted about 4 minutes with splashing mostly to 1 1/2 but occasionally to 2 feet high... The so-called "White Sand Geyser" along the spur toward Emerald Pool is again active, though only very weakly... And the geyser beyond Opalescent was splashing every thime I looked at it, usually to only a foot or so but with a few bursts to maybe 4 feet.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>At Biscuit Basin, essentially no changes. Black Diamond appears to have not erupted in a long time. Avoca is still spurting and the Silver Globes are all but inactive. I did see "Outpost" and "Green Bubbler."</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>At Midway, West Flood hasn't been mentioned in quite a while as it appears to be having rather infrequent gushing overflows that are accompanied by a bit of boiling... In the flat beyond West Flood, to that area's far right, are two active geysers. One plays frequently, bursting a few feet high (maybe even 10 feet on occasion) with durations of about 1 1/2 minutes. A bit farther to the right is another geyser that has a pulsing, jetting eruption 4 or 5 feet high; it appears to have fairly long durations (a few days ago it didn't stop during 20 minutes of observation) and unknown intervals.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I don't know if I'll make it to the geyser basins or not tomorrow.
