The next Grotto began at 1058 (Grotto Fountain) and 1101 (Grotto).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Meanwhile, Giant was on a kick of having frequent weak hot periods. A hot period was ie at 0720, proven by water still trickling from the platform at 0735. The next hot period was only about 45 minutes later, at 0801 (duration about 2 minutes). There was another at 0928 (d=2m 56s), and the last I saw was at 1054 (d=2m 17s). In addition to being of short duration, these hot periods had only Feather and Southwest vents, and Mastiff was virtually flat throughout.
