<DIV>Unfortunately, what it seems to me is that we're now paying more to mail
things, but getting slower service as a result. I write this "for the
record" because I am a mail subscriber to the _West Yellowstone News_ newspaper.
It's a weekly and they tell me that it definitely has been mailed on schedule,
but I have not gotten an issue since before Christmas. I talked to my delivery
man -- seems like a nice guy -- but he simply shrugged his shoulders and said "I
deliver what's given to my route."</DIV>
