The owner of the duplex unit adjacent to mine will be selling. Ground has been broken on her new place, but there is no vacancy date as yet (probably fall). Size about 1740 square feet, 2 bed, 2 bath, stacked laundry, BIG garage, wired for DirecTV, upgraded with natural gas to a BlazeKing stove. Etc. Nice place, and it sure would be nice to have gazers rather than "unknowns" next door. Price probably about $150,000. If by any chance there is interest, contact me.
