[Geysers] Disturbing Great Fountain photo used in Janus Funds Marketing Newsletter

The picture is not of Great Fountain, but of Iceland's Strokkur.  Where
they are standing is likely not illegal (I've not been there), and the
protective rope that appears in the Getty Images file is rather poorly
photoshopped out.

Not that I'm thrilled to see the image used for marketing as it could give
people the wrong impression that this is also acceptable practice in
Yellowstone (which, of course, it is not).
