That's not Great Fountain, but Strokkur in Iceland. I believe it is legal to be that close (or was until very recently). A wider version of the same picture appears on the electronic newsletter on their website. I have attached a copy of the picture from their website. To see this picture used in marketing material really upset me. I have registered a compliant via email with Janus, explaining to them that the picture shows individuals involved in illegal, irresponsible, and dangerous activity and asking them to remove it from their website. As of yet, I have not received any response.
