  As you know.... .It is tough to get a newer Android device to work with Flash Player so you can see the streaming cam on your phone, etc..  There is a browser available from the Google Play Store that WILL work with Flash Player.  Search for "Puffin" and download and install the browser.   I have been running Puffin on my Note 3 with KitKat 4.4.2 for a week now without a hitch.  The new cam looks just awesome on the N3 1920x1080 screen.  And Puffin seems like a quick and clean browser from all my experimentation.
