The ravens in the nest across the road from the bike rack fledged
earlier this week.  I suspect they were forced out of the nest by
their own size.  It looked as though they had been taking shifts in
the nest recently.  No peace for the residents of the lower store,
however--now the fledglings sit on the roof and squawk.

31F was very comfortable this AM with a light jacket in lovely
sunshine and no breeze.
