[Geysers] Fumerole Geyser

Some of you probably saw this coming... Regarding the note about a new  
(misspelled) "Fumerole Geyser" near Red Spouter, that name would appear to  be 
a no-go, given the existence of the (properly spelled) Fumarole Geyser in  
Biscuit Basin.
