[Geysers] New OFVEC Web Camera

It appears they installed a new web camera at the Old Faithful Visitor
Education Center back on April 27.  The new camera shows more of Geyser
hill.  It now clearly Shows not only Old Faithful and Dome but also
Aurum (see the attached image.)  It also has an obstructed view of
Giantess.  

Imagine what we could see if a similar panoramic camera was installed
for the down basin camera.
