[Geysers] Grand's codes, was Geyser Report Saturday, July 13, 2013

Explanation of the codes used in the OFVEC logbook is included at the beginning of each file on the GOSA website.  The files do need to be updated to include the V for the Grand code.  I'll work on editing the files and reloading them.
