Griz w/3 cubs stopped traffic along the loop road just N of Biscuit
this AM, and the loop road continued to be solid string of creeping
traffic N and S bound past Midway, where they must have been giving
out $20 bills as I passed at 2P. Roadsides completely parked up and
traffic barely moving.
West YS got light rain late yesterday, but the park looked to have
received a full dose of monsoon rain. Madison appeared to have been
doused, and roads were wet all the way to OF. Looks like the flowers
will last for a while, and perhaps the threat of fires put off just a
bit longer.
