Note that the date of 1908 is the first year in which the Oregon Short Line served West Yellowstone, and that with that it was in 2008 that the town celebrated its centennial. In the geyser list a couple of interesting things: Old Faithful erupted every 70 minutes [period] Economic erupted "after Grand [which itself was given as "2 to 20 days"] and plays every 5 min. for 2 days" Turban was shown with a duration of "24 hours" And note that Fan and Mortar were listed separately, with different statistics. There were also some geysers at "Morris Basin" [sic]. There are several pool/spring names that are clearly obsolete. A couple I've heard in the past, but who can identify the modern features? Ace of Clubs Cannon Ball Devil's Pump (probably today's Pump) Devil's Well Oyster Oyster Shell Silver Bowl Thanks!
