[Geysers] The "old" still webcam

Hello.
Just wondering if there were any plans to make another attempt at reconnecting the "old" Upper Geyser Basin still camera, the one with the wide view that refreshed every 30 seconds or so, now that Yellowstone is open for summer season.

There are a number of very good reasons to have this camera operating in addition to the streaming camera:
1. Many folks do not have high-speed internet connections and/or cannot stream on some computers. The old camera worked on any computer, also without having to download a separate program to run it.
2. The still camera affords the streaming camera operator a way to target geysers without having to "roam" the view around the basin. For example, if both Beehive and Daisy geysers are due, the still camera can catch the start of Beehive's Indicator while the streaming camera can still be on Daisy.
3. The still camera's wide view also helped target animal movements around the basin. I saw a wolf on it once!
4. The still camera can be viewed at night, especially on full-moon nights. Several years ago, we were able to record night Giant Geyser eruption starts because the camera picked up the steam in moonlight. It can also help keep track of Old Faithful and Beehive during the night. That would be very handy with Beehive's current double intervals, folks in the park would know when the nighttime eruption had occurred.

I would like to ask that the web team at Yellowstone please give another go at reconnecting this camera. It would be most appreciated!
Thanks!
Pat Snyder
