[Geysers] Conewalkers/Streaming Cam Operators

To begin with, Graham (from Virginia) was in control of the cam the 
night the conewalkers appeared off the boardwalk. He did CALL into LE 
and report the happenings which were ILLEGAL and Dangerous.  All cam 
operators have the LE number and have reported other incidents. The 
team of operators are located all over the United States 
and  presently are from California, Oregon, Montana, Virginia and Connecticut.
