[Geysers] Niland Salton Sea mudpots

Scott, I was at those mudpots last year about this time and saw no 
indication of a new geothermal plant in process. There are several older 
ones in the vicinity. I may be over there again in several weeks and if 
so, I'll let you know if I see any new construction.
