Apparently NPS is giving exemptions on the weight limit for some buses.  Nuf
said on the entire issue since it appears NPS hasn't been enforcing the
restrictions anyway.

Well, that makes sense.  After all, the weight of a vehicle is directly
related to the owner's ability to get a waiver from the park service.

 

So if weight is not the determining factor, what is?
