Today was quite cloudy and overcast in the Park. Temperature was 23 when I arrived at Upper Basin at around 0900; clouds lifted, and sun shone thru broken clouds at around 1100, but winds were brisk, and the temp never got above freezing. I saw a total of 5 people on Geyser Hill all morning, and I was the only car in the Old Faithful Inn/Lower Hams parking lots most of the day. I'll start with 10/27 times:

Daisy 0144 0426 0709 0945 1227 1517 2347 (All times E, AND Ranger Barbara Hoppe said the 8 1/2 hour interval was what the monitor showed! Maybe Splendid is reviving, or is it an electronic failure?) Other Daisy downloads are only 10/25 0207 0423 0643; further downloads will be recorded later.
