[Geysers] Live streaming cam and static cam

It is hopeful that by the end of  next week the cams will be up and 
running again.  A small building has been located and works are 
underway to install heat and  the necessary power to the 
facility.  As soon as this has been accomplished the computer will be 
placed back into the building and we will once again we up and running.
