[Geysers] Logger data for Giant Geyser

As far as I know, there was not a logger-determined time for that one. I
only deployed an NPS logger last September.

Prior to these eruptions, there was an apparently eruption on February 8-9,
2009, but I have no info beyond that. Was a logger time ever determined for
that event?

surprise, there were TWO eruptions clearly shown: the one reported overnight
15-16 January and a second eruption on 22 January.
