[Geysers] Streaming Cam and geyser basin

Thought all of you would like to know that the problem with the 
streaming cam has not really been fixed. It appears that we will need 
a new camera. Presently it is working and we hope that it will 
continue until the camera can be replaced. All the connections at the 
computer are okay. Tom Cawley went on a ladder Friday the 22nd and 
heard the camera humming....after several bangs with his hand the 
camera started working again.
The basin is absolutely beautiful in winter!  Graham methodically 
wrote down the times of all the geyser eruptions we saw and I know he 
will post them when he returns.  From what we could tell, Daisy has 
not been affected by the earthquakes and seems to be erupting 
approximately every 2 1/2 hours.  Graham saw a North Goggle eruption 
which I am sure he will also tell you about.
A lot more snow was occurring as we left the OF area...maybe they got 
another 6 or 8 needed inches.  All in all it was a fabulous time in 
the basin.   Carolyn
