[Geysers] Placement of the webcams

The  live  streaming webcam will stay in the tree along with the 
"old" static cam. The "old" Old Faithful webcam will stay in the tree 
as long as we have both power and data connections. Predictions, once 
the OFVEC is open, will be posted on the new camera.
The view from the older camera may change however.
We are still having technical problems with the live stream and are 
working on correcting the problem.
