Clarification regarding legal wheeled devices in the Upper Geyser Basin:

1.  Approved and documented ADA mobility devices  (boardwalks and the bicycle path)

2.  Bicycles (bicycle path and roadways)

Conclusion:  scooters are not legal for use in the Upper Geyser Basin.

Comments regarding the scooter incident will be held and then summarized in a single posting.
