[Geysers] OFVC electronic logbook through 6/30/2009

Ralph Taylor just walked me through the instructions to upload the OFVC electronic logbook through June 30, 2009 onto the GOSA website (http://www.gosa.org/ofvclogs.aspx).  I still think it's all magic, but it worked this time.
