[Geysers] Live Streaming Cam and the Static Webcams at OF

A quick note:

Tom Crowley made a trip to the UGB and up the ladder once again.

Cleaned glass on both cams. Readjusted the static cam so the field of
view now includes Grand/Oblong/Grotto areas again. (zoomed back out)

and for anyone who would like a non scientific geyser report,

daily log from the Old Faithful CamChat room. I try to recap eruption
times noted in the log twice a day, once around 11:00 mdt and then
around 17:00 mdt. All times are webcam times.
