I am sorry for the delays in these reports. I have been feeling under the
weather the last couple days but much better now. I have spent a lot of time
in my room to recover, but of course, the internet that I use has been down
for the last couple days as well. I cannot guarantee a geyser report
tomorrow (8/15) because President Obama will be visiting the area. Nobody is
sure what will be closed, when it will be closed, or for how long it will be
closed, and therefore, few geyser gazers will be in the area from my
understanding. The parking lot to the Lower General Store and the front
parking lot to the Old Faithful Inn are both closed, and have been since
Thursday evening. It is a very eery sight to see them so empty. I will try
to see what I can see tomorrow since I work the late shift, and thus, should
be able to find something to entertain me for the first half of the day.

Plate 1228ie, 1634
Castle 0653 minor, 1016 major
Beehive 1416 (1400 Indicator)
Grotto was well into marathon at 1432
Spa erupted from a low pool at 1554. I saw two sets of large bursts about 10
minutes apart that were too big to fit in the camera frame from sitting at
the bench. There was another set of bursts about 15 minutes later that I saw
from Wave Spring that were about the same. I would estimate the height at 40
feet or so - very impressive. From Wave Spring, Spa is directly above Bijou.
It honestly looked like a mini-Grand at the middle of Grand's first burst.
It was very cool.

*Geyser Times from 8/14*
Aurum 1123
Lion 1029, 1203, 2011ie
Plate 0821ns
Depression 0825ie
Great Fountain 1243 - a very nice eruption with a few bursts near 150 feet
(thanks Lynn)
Little Squirt seen this morning at 0735, I am not sure how long the duration
was, I have seen it active for a few seconds many days, but nothing more
than the short duration activity
I wouldn't be surprised if it was on for awhile though because this
afternoon Bronze and Silver Spring were both having some small, but nice
eruptions to 2-3 feet.
Castle 1023 major
Daisy 0727, 0930, 1213
Riverside 0935
Beehive 0225ie, 1406 (1349 Indicator)
Plume 0746, 0837, 0930, 1022, 1203
Rift 1357
Grand 1358
I walked up on a Penta start at 1911. I seriously sat down for 30 seconds
before the front two vents began, and then the main vent.
I didn't stay for more than a minute of that eruption to get to the end of
Artemisia's 1911ie eruption
Oblong was 1958ie

I will do what I can and see what I can in my limited time tomorrow.
