[Geysers] Fan & Mortar overnight, 10/30-10/31

Quick report:  Steve Eide reported that the marker was washed at Fan & Mortar this morning, 10/31.  There was frost on the jugwalk so it probably erupted fairly early in the night; F&M were not watched after 1830 on the 30th.
