That is indeed "Improbable Geyser". Cascade Geyser can be seen (barely) from a point south of Anemone Geyser where the boardwalk has a slight bend to the east. It is the pool visible through a slight notch in the edge of Geyser Hill. You can also see the runoff (but not the pool) from the walk across the river between Blue Star Spring and East Chinaman Spring.
