[Geysers] Artist Paint Pots trail open?

As of today (17 July) Artist Paintpot Trail is still closed.  I have not
heard an opening date.

I would like to visit Geyser Creek one day next week, but I haven't heard if
the Artist Paint Pots trail reopened after the thermal burn incident earlier
this year.  
Can anyone confirm that it is open?
