Well nobody has guessed at #9 so I will offer a few clues........
1)	It's in the front country
2)	Carefully cropped to make it a mystery
3)	I don't see it every year but I did take this picture last year.

Yes Mike, #8 was Plate.

How about #9?  Maybe this will be a little harder.
