[Geysers] Geysers 4th Edition

People ask, so I ask. The 4th Edition manuscript of _The Geysers of Yellowstone_ is somewhere in the early copyediting stage, so it's got quite a lot of work yet to do. Per the Director at University Press of Colorado, getting it out by this summer will be "tight at best." Sorry.
