It looks a great deal like a small perpetual spouter on the south side of White Creek, almost as far upstream as Spindle. But maybe not quite enough bacteria in the runoff, and not quite enough shade on the hill above it.

Given the clue, I assume it's from a decidedly obscure backcountry area.
