[Geysers] Kamchatka Webcam (Clark Murray)

My Russian friend at work said it says it is just taking occasional  
snaps of that particular area of the valley. It does not work like the  
Yellowstone webcam and refresh all day long.
She also said one tab means video, and the other tab is stills.
