[Geysers] Geysers 4th Edition

People are constantly asking and I have no time line (and probably won't  
have for quite a while), but.... the Director of the University Press of  
Colorado has just told me to work at getting the manuscript package for the 4th  
Edition of The Geysers of Yellowstone into presentation order. Finally.
